Hello Fall!

I can't believe the last time I blogged I was doing a recap of September and now it's almost time to do a recap of October! Time has been flying by! Part of the reason time has been speeding by is I was busy subbing everyday in my 4th grade class. My last day was on the Monday it was so bittersweet, I feel like I really bonded with the class and many remarked that I seemed like their real teacher because I have taught them longer than their actual teacher. Matt and I both seem to have a sore throat/cold right now. Matt is way worse and is almost losing his voice, but thank goodness it's not strep, but we think we're on the mend. Matt registered for his last semester at BYU this week- so crazy! It's been hitting me lately that we don't have that much time left in good old provo. I'm trying to enjoy our time while it lasts. It's also weird to think that wherever Matt goes to school won't be another BYU campus, it will be interesting to leave in a college town that isn't all members.

Since it is almost the end of October the weather is changing! There is talk of snow now! With this weather change Matt has decided that it is time to start listening to Christmas music. I love it! We're a year round Christmas music loving family, but we try to wait until the Holiday season and the cold weather.

Other fall happening in our home:

The school I subbed at is a title 1 school so every Tuesday and Thursday they get a fruit or vegetable snack. This is a rambutan. It has a texture of a slimy grape and has a cotton candy taste.

Allie was able to come for Conference weekend! We got frozen yogurt while the boys were at the priesthood session.
