2015 Resolutions

New goals! I love setting resolutions, I know resolutions aren't for everyone,but they really help me stay focused.I like reviewing them at the end year too because it's a way to measure how much growth happened in the year. I believe in not setting too many goals and constantly checking in on your goals is the best way to be successful and grow! Here are my goals for 2015! We'll see how they go with a new baby in the house! Wish me luck!

Physical-  Try a new HEALTHY recipe weekly
Mental- Organize/ Simplify my life and home
Spiritual- Have more Faith (Couple prayers)
Emotional- Have less anxiety (5 minutes quiet time)
