Aunt Allie visited us back in August. She had just quit her job so she had 2 weeks before she started her new one with Hilton. Plane tickets were pretty cheap so she booked one asap,so she could see her favorite chub. She wanted to visit Boston while she was here and since we hadn't really explored Boston since living here we were excited to take her around. Boston is 2 hours away from where we live so we decided to make it into a mini vacation and book a hotel so we could explore the sights for 2 days rather than one. While Allie was here we visited Yankee (Candle) Village, Harvard campus, Salem,Boston Temple, the Freedom Trail and Mt. Sugarloaf! It was so fun packing some much into our days and I'm glad that we were able to visit some places we hadn't visited yet!
Yankee Village - Is a fun destination near our town.
Allie made these delicious sprinkle cookies that we ate all weekend!
Boston Temple
Harvard
We had no idea that Harvard's book store was called The Coop. We loved seeing all the Coop signs.
I loved the colorful chairs/ inside one of the squares

Salem: This was Matt's pick, we went at the end of the day so we didn't go in any museums or tours. So I would like to go back one day to do that, but it was a cool town to just walk around. I didn't know that Salem was such a maritime town, but that was probably my favorite thing about it.

Trying our hand at being witches
It was so weird that we happened to go on the same date that some of the "witches" died. Someone had left roses and pennies on their graves.
