I knew that after having Cooper I wanted to run a 5k to lose my baby weight. I decided I would do the couch to 5k program again since it's a great way to get back into running. It helped me lose 6 pounds and I'm officially back down to my pre pregnancy weight. I only gained 27 pounds while pregnant and I lost most of it 2 weeks after giving birth from breastfeeding and actually having a baby,but those 6 pounds were stubborn so I'm glad they are finally gone. Since I don't really love running I'm trying to figure out how I can stay active.
