9 months

Cooper is 9 months and officially walking! He is go go go all day everyday. He is getting fast too. He does have some slight bowing to his legs, but should go away as he grows and walks more. He is such a little boy and always seems to have a bruise on his head these days. He still only has 2 bottom teeth but the top 4 are poking through,so hopefully they push through soon. They have really bothered him this time. We have given him some tylenol to help with the pain. The biggest improvement this month is his sleep! We have a great bedtime routine and when its time to put him in the crib we just lay him down and he rolls over and falls asleep normally no crying and he will stay asleep for 5-7 hours! He even gave us one all nighter of 11 hours straight! I love that he is finally getting into a routine and I love that he is doing it on his own schedule. He loves playing games with his dad and has the best giggle. I love how when he is sitting he crosses his ankles. He is such a dancer and will start moving to any music, sometimes he even dances to no music at all. He loves to listen to us read books and can turn the pages. He is starting to remember his favorite books and will smile when I pick it out to read it.He is a mama boy and loves to be near me pretty much all day. He loves to eat and can self feed pretty well. He wants to eat what we are eating so I'm glad that he is getting more teeth and he's 9 months so now he can eat more things like cheese! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is such a light and I love him so much and each month gets better than the last!

Trip to Utah- Provo

I only got to be on campus on Saturday, but it was amazing seeing all the changes to Provo! I cannot believe how different it looks now. We made sure to take lots of pictures with the Y. We ate at all our favorite places like Zupas, cocoa bean, the creamery on 9th, and the cougareat. It was nice seeing the new Provo City Temple and the original one as well. We loved being back and wish it could have been for longer!
I know the shadows are bad but I love how you can see the new heritage buildings in the background

I love this mural in the Cougareat

Trip to Utah- Logan and Salt Lake

Matt had an accounting conference at BYU and I don't like being left at home so I tagged along! It was such a fun week and we were able to see some many friends and visit with family. I didn't know I was homesick for Utah until we landed and I saw those beautiful mountains up close again. We visited Logan,Provo, and Salt Lake. I have a special place in my heart for Utah and I hope we will get to visit there many more times over the years and hopefully Cooper will want to attend BYU one day! The only bad part of the trip was flying! We changed time zones twice and we had a layover. Coop did pretty good, but it is getting harder trying to contain a mobile little boy in such a small space! We celebrated Charlie's 5th birthday with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Party! Cooper's cousin sure love him and they loved playing with him. My nephew Tucker even asked if the next time we move if we could move closer to them! It was so nice seeing them and I don't know when we will get to again so I'm glad we stayed with them and got lots of time with them on this trip!
